Our Story

Built From the Ground Up for Compliance

ComplaiBos was conceived by our team after observing a consistent gap in the market: there was no affordable, purpose-built tool for Indian Company Secretaries and CA professionals to track MCA deadlines, calculate live penalty exposure, and manage multi-entity portfolios — all from one place.

Most practitioners were relying on spreadsheets, wall calendars, and manual reminders. Statutory deadlines were being missed not out of negligence, but because tracking them across dozens of entities is genuinely complex. ComplaiBos was built to solve exactly that problem.

ComplaiBos brings together deep knowledge of India's corporate law framework — Companies Act 2013, LLP Act 2008, MCA circulars, and ROC filings — with modern software design. The result is a tool that feels as authoritative as the law it helps you track.
