ComplaiBos is a web-based compliance management platform built for Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, and corporate law practitioners in India. It helps you track MCA statutory deadlines, calculate live penalty exposure, manage multiple entities (Companies and LLPs), and access guided filing checklists — all from one dashboard.
It was built to solve a specific problem: Professionals managing 20–50 entities had no affordable, purpose-built tool for deadline tracking. ComplaiBos fills that gap.
Yes — completely free. Registration requires only an email address or mobile number and a password of your choice. There is no subscription fee, no trial period, and no credit card required. The full platform — My Entities, Forms & Checklist, compliance tracking, penalty calculator — is available to all registered users at no cost.
The "Our Services" section offers paid professional services (e.g. Company Incorporation, GST registration) provided by ComplaiBos, but using the compliance tracking features of the platform costs nothing.
ComplaiBos currently supports two entity types:
- Private Limited Company / OPC — tracked under the Companies Act 2013. Relevant forms include INC-20A, ADT-1, AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DPT-3, DIR-3 KYC and more.
- LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) — tracked under the LLP Act 2008. Relevant forms include LLP Form 8, LLP Form 11, DIR-3 KYC Web.
Balance Sheet & Profit/ Loss Statement Generation is available through Our Services for NCEs (Non Corporate Entities like - Partnership firms, sole proprietorships, trusts, and societies).
No. ComplaiBos is an independent deadline tracking and compliance management tool — it does not connect to, log into, or submit data to the MCA portal on your behalf. All entity data is entered manually by you.
Think of ComplaiBos as your compliance calendar and penalty calculator — it tells you what is due and what the exposure is, but actual MCA filings must be done through the official MCA21 portal by a Professional unless you opt-in for a service offered by ComplaiBos.
The ComplaiBos team monitors MCA circulars, ROC notifications, and statutory amendments regularly. When the law changes — for example, when a new waiver scheme is announced or a deadline is extended — we update the platform's calculation logic and publish an article in the "What's New" section.
The CCFS-2026 waiver scheme (90% penalty reduction, active till 15 July 2026) is already reflected in ComplaiBos's penalty calculations for eligible forms.
Always cross-check critical filing deadlines with the official MCA portal. ComplaiBos's dates are indicative based on standard statutory provisions and may not reflect last-minute extensions.
Penalties are calculated based on the number of days elapsed since the filing due date, the applicable government base fee for the company's paid-up capital, and the penalty mode prescribed for each form. ComplaiBos uses two main penalty calculation methods:
- ₹100/day — applied to most annual forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, DPT-3, MSME-1, DIR-3 KYC, LLP forms)
- Capital-based multiplier — applied to ADT-1 (2× to 12× of base fee depending on delay duration)
Where an active MCA amnesty scheme applies (e.g. CCFS-2026), ComplaiBos automatically applies the reduced rate in its calculations.
Note: Penalty calculations are estimates. The actual fee levied by the MCA portal may differ based on specific company facts. Always verify on MCA21 before filing.
The Companies Fresh Start Scheme 2026 (CCFS-2026) is an MCA amnesty scheme that provides a 90% waiver on additional late fees for overdue annual filings. It is active from 15 April 2026 to 15 July 2026.
Eligible forms include: MGT-7, MGT-7A, AOC-4, AOC-4 CFS, AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 Non-XBRL, ADT-1, INC-20A, DPT-3, and MSME-1.
Key conditions:
- Applicable to Companies only — LLPs are not covered under CCFS-2026
- Normal government fee (as per capital slab) is still payable — only the additional late fee is waived
- The company should not have filed the same form within the preceding 3 years under a previous scheme
Action required: If your company has overdue filings, this window closes 15 July 2026. ComplaiBos automatically applies the 90% waiver in penalty estimates for eligible forms during the scheme period.
For Companies, certain forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, DPT-3, etc.) are only relevant once the company has commenced business. ComplaiBos enforces this by requiring you to mark INC-20A (Commencement of Business) as filed first.
Until INC-20A is marked as filed, other compliance forms are shown as "Locked." Once you mark INC-20A filed on the entity detail page, all other forms unlock automatically.
This lock does not apply to ADT-1 (auditor appointment), which is required before or independent of commencement.
Navigate to My Entities → click on the entity → Entity Detail page. Each form shows a toggle or checkbox. Click it to mark the form as filed. ComplaiBos will record the due date against which it was filed, so it knows not to count that period as overdue.
Filing status is saved per-entity and per-form cycle. When the next filing cycle begins (e.g. next year's AGM), the form resets to unfiled automatically.
AGM due date calculation follows Section 96 of the Companies Act 2013:
- First AGM: Within 9 months of the close of the first financial year, or within 18 months of incorporation — whichever is earlier
- Subsequent AGMs: Within 6 months of the close of the financial year (i.e., 30 September), and not more than 15 months from the previous AGM
ComplaiBos calculates both conditions and uses the earlier of the two dates as the AGM due date. The Last AGM Date field on the Add Entity form is used to compute the 15-month gap condition.
There is no hard limit on the number of entities you can add to your ComplaiBos account. Professionals managing large portfolios of 30–50+ entities can add them all. Performance may vary for very large portfolios — we are actively optimising for this use case.
ComplaiBos validates both identifiers against the official MCA format:
- CIN (Company Identification Number): 21 characters —
U12345AB1234ABC123456 - LLPIN (LLP Identification Number): 8 characters —
AAA-1234
Both are automatically converted to uppercase as you type. If the format doesn't match, ComplaiBos will alert you to re-check before saving.
On the My Entities page, use the Filter By bar at the top:
- DIN / DPIN: Enter a Director Identification Number or Designated Partner Identification Number to see all entities where that DIN/DPIN is registered
- Client Name: Enter a client name (as you assigned it when adding the entity) to see all entities grouped under that client
To assign a Client Name to an entity, open the Add Entity or Edit Entity form and fill in the "Client Name" field. This is optional but useful for firms managing multiple clients.
Yes, you can delete an entity from its detail page using the Remove button. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — all associated compliance records, filed status history, and entity data are permanently erased from the database.
There is no recycle bin or undo feature. We recommend double-checking before confirming deletion, especially for entities with long filing histories.

The prices shown are our professional service fees. They are all-inclusive of our charges but government fees (MCA filing fees, stamp duty, ROC fees) are charged separately at actuals.
For example, for Private Limited Company registration, the ₹7,998 Basic Plan covers our professional work — name reservation, DSC, DIN, MoA/AoA drafting, filing, PAN, TAN. The government's MCA filing fee is additional and varies by authorised capital.
Our team will provide a complete cost estimate when you apply, before any payment is requested.
Typical turnaround times once all documents are received:
- OPC / Private Limited Company: 7–15 working days
- LLP: 7–12 working days
- DSC: 1–3 working days
- GST Registration: 2–3 working days
- MSME/ Udyam Registration: 1-2 working days
Timelines depend on Government portal uptime and the speed of document submission by the client. Delays in document provision extend the turnaround proportionally.
Passwords are stored using encrypted keys with a unique salt before being stored in the database. We never store plaintext passwords and cannot retrieve your password if you forget it. If you lose access, your Security Question is the only way to reset your password.
Currently ComplaiBos does not have a multi-user or team access feature. Each account is intended for one user. If a firm wants multiple team members to access the same entity portfolio, they would need to share login credentials manually — which we advise against for security reasons.
Multi-user team accounts are on our development roadmap. Register separately for now and contact us if you have a specific need.
Account deletion is currently handled manually. Contact ComplaiBos via the Services page or submit an enquiry with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will delete your account and all associated entity data within 7 working days of verification.
In line with our Privacy Policy, deleted accounts and their entity data are permanently erased from our database with no backup retained.
Each service has three tiers, typically structured as follows:
- Basic: Core deliverable only — e.g., registration certificate, DSC, or ITR filing for the base income bracket
- Standard: Core deliverable plus one add-on — typically GST registration or 3 months of return filing
- Premium: Core deliverable plus multiple add-ons — typically GST registration plus 12 months of return filing, or annual MCA filings
View the exact inclusions for each service on the Our Services page by clicking any service card.
Payment is not collected through the ComplaiBos platform. When you submit an enquiry, our team contacts you to confirm the scope and cost. Payment terms are agreed directly with ComplaiBos before work begins.
Typically, a portion of the fee is collected upfront with the balance on delivery of the primary deliverable (e.g., incorporation certificate, GST registration certificate).
Prices shown on the Services page are all Inclusive except government fees. In pursuance of Section 23(2), the Government, on the recommendations of the GST Council, issued Notification No. 10/2017–Integrated Tax, dated 13.10.2017, whereby persons making inter-State supplies of taxable services and having an aggregate turnover, computed on an all-India basis, not exceeding ₹20 lakh in a financial year, have been exempted from obtaining GST registration. Thus, our team will provide a complete Non- GST all inclusive quote when confirming your engagement.
